Data we process

• Telegram user ID, username, first name, and display name.
• Subscription status, plan, expiration date, traffic counters, device-limit settings, and support actions.
• Payment status and invoice identifiers from payment providers.
• Technical security logs such as IP address, timestamp, selected VPN profile, and connection metadata needed for abuse prevention and service diagnostics.

What we do not sell

We do not sell user data. We do not intentionally inspect user content.

Why we process data

Data is used to activate subscriptions, deliver support, prevent abuse, apply limits, debug service reliability, and comply with payment-provider requirements.

Retention

Operational data is kept only as long as needed for billing, support, security, and service diagnostics.
