Refund Policy

MistyxVPN is a digital subscription service. Access is delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation where technically possible.

Eligible refunds

• Duplicate payments for the same subscription period.
• Payment was captured but access was not activated within 24 hours due to a service-side issue.
• Other cases required by applicable payment-provider rules.

Usually not refundable

Used subscription time, consumed traffic, violations of acceptable use, and user-side client/network configuration issues after successful delivery are usually not refundable.
